Refund Policy

Plans

If you aren't completely satisfied with any of our plans, just let us know and return any physical copies within 14 days and we'll give you a refund, minus a 30% restocking charge. Please contact us for the return mailing address.

 

E-Workshops

Because of the digital, on-demand nature of our eWorkshop, refunds are limited. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied and a pro-rated amount for your return will be calculated based on the number of videos watched and the length of time you had access. The return amount is at our sole discretion.

 

In-Person Workshops

Because of the costs related to hosting a live event (including the event space rental, catering, labor, and build materials) there are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days prior to the start of the event. You may however transfer the cost of your ticket at any time prior to the start of the event, to any of our other available events.
